Discussing principles of strategic management in the aviation sector. We study competitive analysis, market positioning, innovation, and sustainability. Students work with case studies and projects, gaining the ability to design strategies and adapt them to industry changes
Learn how to map knowledge flows in organisations and apply decision-making frameworks. Assignments include designing personal Knowledge Management Systems and Decision-Making Systems. By the end, students can apply knowledge management tools in business and aviation contexts.
Explore the foundations of academic ethics and integrity. Topics include values, plagiarism, citation practices, responsible use of AI, and research ethics. Practical exercises, essays, and a collaborative final project prepare students to recognise misconduct and promote integrity in both academic and professional life.
Focus on economic and financial tools in the transport sector. Students explore value creation, budgeting, pricing, financial statements, and investment evaluation. Using simulations and applied projects, they learn to analyse financial performance and make sound business decisions.
